Meet “Cooper,” Pugpalooza’s Pug of the Month!

This beautiful pug, named Cooper, who loves to go on car rides, is a cherished companion of Emma Brooks.

Emma and Cooper live in Roaring Springs, Pennsylvania. Emma bought Cooper from a pug breeder and Cooper is now 6 months old. Cooper does not sleep with Emma, but sleeps in his kennel.

Bath time a favorite, but no swimming yet

Cooper loves to take a bath. Emma said she knows he likes it because he keeps trying to jump in the bathtub, then when she gives him a bath, he stands really still. Cooper gets a bath every three weeks. Emma doesn’t know if Cooper likes to swim yet, because he hasn’t been swimming. Emma decided to get a pug because of their personalities.

Emma feeds Cooper Iams Puppy food. His favorite treat is Bully sticks and he loves to play fetch. Cooper likes to go for walks when the weather permits.

Cooper loves to ride to get toys and treats

One of Cooper’s favorite outings is when he gets to go for a car ride. Emma said they go to Poochey Chef for his treats and toys, but he also gets to ride when they go to the vet or to see Emma’s brother and family. He loves interacting with other dogs and people and his favorite toy is his Lamb Chop.

Emma said the best thing about having a pug is that she gets to have fun with him. “I love dogs,” she said.

A huge “thank you” to Emma and her beloved pug “Cooper” for letting us feature you on our blog. If you are interested in Pugpalooza featuring you and your pug in the future, please send me (Candy Johansen) a message on messenger or e-mail me at www.pugpalooza@gmail.com.
