The world was moving in the direction of customization anyway, but the COVID-19 pandemic helped accelerate online shopping by roughly five years.
Customization has boundless opportunities and potential for both the customer and the company. Custom- made products are the future for both small and medium-sized businesses.
Is Pugpalooza changing?
We are, but we aren’t. Pugpalooza’s first priority is to the pug committee and we will always cater to pug people. We are, however, expanding to include other breeds of dogs. Why are we doing this?
There are lots of reasons why we want to expand and offer customized products. We want to demonstrate our creativity and share it with you. We want to stand out as a dog company and feel pride in what we create. Our goal is to create products that you love (and to show you new products that you might not realize that you wanted). We also felt like a lot of our pug owners owned different breeds of dogs besides just pugs. When you buy a product for your pug, we want you to be able to buy the same product for your other dog breeds.
Pugpalooza wants to connect with you
As we head toward a new year, Pugpalooza also wants to connect with our customers- through our blog and through social media. We want to know what you want, what you like, what you dislike- we want to hear your comments. Hearing from you plays a part in what we decide to create. We want you to share photos of your customized purchases with other dog lovers.
Pugpalooza also wants to increase customer satisfaction and customization helps us do that. We do our best to let you customize our products just the way you want and we strive to keep the costs low. We are always looking to buy our supplies at the lowest cost so we can pass on those savings to you.
New Products in our Etsy store… and more coming!
We currently have lots of new products in our Etsy store and there is more coming. In January, we plan to launch a full service t-shirt/ business (dog related, of course). We will also be offering leather products, more wood products and even a houseware line (decorative dog plates, glasses, water bottles, etc…).
If you haven’t visited our Etsy store lately, please do. It has a new look. The banner is brand new, the story of Pugpalooza is new and we have revamped the way the store looks. We’d love some feedback on it.
